* 4-year mortgages have increased slightly to 2.99%
* 5-year mortgages have increased slightly to 3.04%
* 7-year mortgages have dropped to 3.55%
The 10-year fixed mortgage is still available at 3.89%. This is a great way to control your mortgage costs for the long term.
