Sure, you can look up listings while you are sitting in front of your computer. But, wouldn't it be even better if you could access instant "for sale" info while you are out on the road looking for your new home. Well, if you have an Android or Apple phone we have the tools that you need.

Here are a couple of must have apps!

RE/MAX property search with Live View - How does it work? When you locate a property that interests you the RE/MAX app displays the sale information on top of the physical property that you are standing in front of when looking through the camera view on your GPS enabled smartphone. This works for RE/MAX Western Canada listings only.

Private Members Search Mobile Web App - Automatically locate yourself via GPS and see all available listing for sale in a 1km radius. You can even have the app follow you as you drive around. This works for any property listed in the Greater Victoria area.
