Just like everything with everything else, there are differences between schools. Of course, you want to do all that you can for your kids and give them the best start possible by making sure they start off with a good education.As you have probably heard in the news, the Fraser Institute has released their latest elementary school rankings for the province. In there, you'll find a section specifically addressing schools in the Victoria area. The results are compiled from scores of standardized tests taken across the province by the majority of students.
Are the results controversial? Yes. Opponents say that the tests unfairly rank teachers and schools. Proponents say that it may not be perfect, but it is the best tool that we currently have to see how well different schools educate our students. IÕll let you decide for yourself.
