Is an interest rate drop coming?

The Bank of Canada meets on April 22, a few days from now.  Many experts are predicting a 1/2 point drop this meeting, or over the next two meetings.  That's great news for anyone with a mortgage as it is likely the rate drop will trickle down and mean lower mortgage rates.
