Partnering with Focus Equities, Bosa's first project on Vancouver Island – Promontory at Bayview Place – sits on a geographic high-point overlooking Victoria’s famous Inner Harbour. Designed by DIALOG Designs, the 21 story Promontory was the tallest building in Victoria at it’s time of completion, and remains a beacon in the Victoria skyline. Full-height windows, and sizeable balconies take advantage of coastal and mountain views, while the exterior brick cladding adds a timelessness to the structure which lends itself to Victoria's architectural vernacular.
